Ruffly Skirt Tutorial - With Horsehair Braid

This was a lot of fun to make! I’m sorry if anything was confusing, it’s a lot of information to put into 13 minutes. You can buy horsehair braid from etsy or ebay! It comes in all different widths and colors. Most Jo-ann stores stock the thin stuff (1/2“ and 1“) but the thicker type works better if you want really defined ruffles.
