Extremely Rusty 1940’s Coca-Cola 6-pack Restoration

I will restore this Coca-Cola 6 pack. It’s very rusty and it’s missing the handle It’s likely made during WWII because, usually these are made of aluminum but during the war aluminum was used for planes etc. and materials for these were changed to steel. I decided to not use laser for rust removal this time, simply because I didn’t want to miss opportunity to restore Coca-Cola item with Coke. I used sugar free version to avoind averything getting sticky. After 5 days in Coca-Cola lot of rust had fallen off and teh rest came off with metal brush easily., without any tretment it will take ages to get rust off with only a wire brush. After removing rust, I bent the metal to it’s original shape from the areas it had some damage. Rust had also damaged teh metal and caused a lot of pittin and even holes. I used filler to get rid of most of those adn sanded evertything down. For the paint I used first a base coat. I usually use filler base coat which is a little thicker than regular and can hide small imperfectio
