Robert Prince - Realms of Chaos (Full Game Soundtrack)

Realms of Chaos is a fantasy sidescrolling DOS action platformer by Apogee (3D Realms). It has a nice soundtrack by Robert Prince. All tracks were composed by Robert Prince, with the exception of the Fanfare which is by Lee Jackson. The song titles are official and were taken from the data in the MIDI files. Arachno Soundfont v1.0 was used for these recordings. Track list 0:00 - Apogee Fanfare 0:10 - Paga’s Theme [title music] 1:55 - Egypt 6:09 - Creepy 10:02 - Darkness Falls 15:00 - Dark Cell 19:08 - Dark Monk Funk 22:32 - Thirsting In The Badlands 27:22 - The Evil Mryaal 28:28 - Death Never Ends 31:53 - Creeping Around 37:50 - ROC Opening [boss music] 42:06 - Zerpentine [final boss] 45:09 - Vault The Wall [end music] 48:11 - It’s Your Default! [unused?] Notes: * The game also contains a few MIDI files with the number “1“ in the filenames: darknes1, default1, monkfun1, opening1. With the exception of default1, these are just shorter versions of the regular songs. “Default1“ does not have a “long“ version. None of these tracks, including default1, appear to be used anywhere ingame. * This video does not contain the short “1“ tracks, except for the seemingly unused default1 track. * Despite the title of the song “ROC Opening“, this track is not actually used as an opening theme ingame; instead it is the boss battle music. It is possible that Robert Prince originally intended that this track be used as the opening music.
