Slow and Strong Vinyasa Flow Yoga | Breathe and Flow Yoga
Join Flo for this slow Breathe and Flow yoga class! But don’t get fooled, this is not an easy class but instead a strong vinyasa flow. We’re holding poses for at least five breaths, sometimes even over one minute. This allows to really enjoy each shape the body is in, connect to the subtleness of the physical and really breathe deeply, fully focused while you’re in each shape.
