ruru’s such a cheese puff!!! him and his siblings are so orange and fuzzy 🤎 ruru’s brother momo was the first to scope our balcony out. a few days later ruru and chichi (his sister) came by! ruru decided to set himself up here while momo and chichi have left to find their own territory. it might be because he injured his toe so he needed to stay close to a food/water source. either way, i’m so glad he stayed!!! he always grooms himself right on our table, he’s so stinking cute!!! i hope his sibs come back in the spring 🌼 ☽ squirrels are not pets! with the exception of unreleasable squirrels, they should always remain wild. these squirrels are not tame and are cared for with the help of licensed rehabbers. please do not imitate unless you have access to licensed rehabbers in your area. if you find an injured wild animal, contact a rehabber — not a vet or animal hospital. be safe and kind towards nature! ✺ do not save or
