Haikou, also known as “Coconut City“, is the capital of Hainan Province, an international comprehensive transportation hub city, a strategic pivot city of the national “One Belt and One Road“ strategy, and a core city of Hainan Free Trade Port. It is located at 19°31′～20°04′ north latitude and 110° east longitude.
