Israeli protesters block aid to Gaza amid famine at Kerem Shalom crossing

Israeli protesters disrupted the Kerem Shalom border crossing on Thursday, blocking aid trucks from entering the Gaza Strip amidst reports of famine. UN representatives accused Israel of “systematically” obstructing aid delivery to Palestinians in Gaza. On Thursday, Palestinians in northern Gaza awaiting humanitarian assistance were met with Israeli fire, resulting in many casualties. At least 104 Palestinians killed and another 700 injured.
