Let’s make Pumpkin Mochi! 🎃 #pumpkin #mochi #shorts #halloween #homecafe 🧋FEATURED PRODUCTS🧋 Glutinous Rice Flour: Mochiko (can be used instead of GRF): It only takes a few ingredients (the mochi itself is only 4 ingredients, the other 2 for filling are optional). Recipe below!👇 1. Scoop out 1/2 cup ice cream of choice and let melt fully. To speed up the melting process, use a fork or chopstick to break up the ice cream. 2. Add 1/3 cup glutinous rice flour (mochiko or sweet rice flour also works, but normal rice flour does not work). Mix well. 3. Cover with plastic wrap and poke a few holes. Microwave for 2 min. 4. Let it cool, add oil or butter, and start kneading with hands. HIGHLY recommend using gloves as it helps the mochi not stick to your hands! 5. Dust surface and rolling pin with cornstarch, and roll out the mochi so it’s flat and even. Divide into 3-4 pieces. 6. You can enjoy them like this or make a filling! For my filling, I whipped together heavy cream and caramel syrup until stiff peaks and added it in the mochi with an extra drop of caramel syrup. 7.
