Ace of Spades OpenGL - GUI and server packs

Been spending some time on the GUI (settings and serverbrowser). Also, servers can now provide Quake 3-esque ’server packs’, which are basically server mods. This will make it possible to send custom sounds/models/whatever to the client. Should be super nice for modders. I’ve added a lot of other features (like LAN server discovery), but I can’t be bothered to list them all here. Sound pack by hompy and weapon KV6 by SIMOX (I think?) Again, suggestions should not go here.
