The late John Barry won his fifth Oscar for the superb score for Kevin Costner’s epic and beautiful western. Aside from the two main themes. he also composed a brief but stunning piece for the titular wolf, heard here in his introductory scene. Written by Michael Blake, directed by and starring Kevin Costner, and co-starring Mary McDonnell and Graham Greene. Music composed by John Barry, and winner of the Academy Award for Best Original Score.
