Hey guys! Welcome to a new AU. Okay, so I just LOVE 💕 This song, and had to do a video with it. Also, you guys didn’t know this, but this is one of my favorite AU ships. I just love Kovu and Sarabi, so adding them together is just *Chef’s kiss* perfect! I hope you enjoy! NOTE: The characters are not related like in the original movies, so sarabi is not Simba’s mother, and she also isn’t old enough to be Kovu’s gramma. Characters🦁: Sarabi: A member of Simba’s pride Simba: King of the pridelands Kovu: A rogue Zira: a random lioness Story📖: One day, Sarabi is resting, when she hears claws scratching the dirt. She sits up, and sees Kovu. Not wanting any rogues in the territory, she decides to attack him, but Kovu dodges her. She begs him not to hurt her, but he says he wouldn’t anyways. Sarabi introduces herself and asks what Kovu’s story is. Kovu replies by introducing himself and asking why she’s so interested in his personal business. Sarabi apologizes, and then she sees that Simba is coming out of the royal den. Sarabi tells Kovu to run, since she doesn’t want him to get hurt. Kovu gets away just in time. Simba asks who Kovu was, and Sarabi says he’s nobody. Simba forbids Sarabi from going to see Kovu, and then Sarabi walks away. The next morning, Sarabi wakes up early to go see if she can find Kovu. But Simba was one step ahead, and stops her as she leaves the den. He says Kovu is an enemy and must be destroyed, and also reminds Sarabi that he forbid her seeing him. Sarabi says that she will never listen to him, and then Simba says she will when she’s queen. Sarabi is shocked by this, and runs away. She eventually gets to a field, and sadly thinks about how Simba wants to kill Kovu, when she bumps into nuzzles him, and Kovu asks what she’s doing there. She tells him that Simba wants to kill him, and make her queen. Kovu suggests they overthrow him. She agrees, and they decide to go plan how they’ll do it. Zira, a lioness who exposes anything that a powerful lion might not like, sees this, and decides to tell Simba so two innocent lives are taken by the evil king. She smiles, wondering what her reward will be. Then she walks toward priderock. If you don’t like the story, please don’t be rude about it, or even watch it. All clips used belong to Disney.
