Always focus on your breath – take deep inhales through the nose as you open your chest and expand the rib cage and exhale out through the mouth, pulling your abdominals in and drawing the navel in and up towards the spine. Think about moving your hips and ribs closer together, always maintaining a strong core throughout this entire 1 hour 15 min pilates workout!
