Strange Clouds with Dancing Light on the top.

Does any body see the beam on the top of tower cumulonimbus cloud? This picture was take in front of the cockpit A320 on ground (parking aircraft), Suvanabhumi Airport,Bangkok, Thailand (VTBS) around 0110 UTC 27/05/2014. The cloud suppose to located on the west side of the airport. Both windshields can see the same picture, even after aircraft has pushing back. Some previous comment calls Jumping Sundog, Dancing Sundog, but, I don’t think so. The Sundog can occurs only around the sun around 20-30 degrees.
