20 Minute Upper Body Strength X HIIT Workout [ Build Muscle & Conditioning]

Tap in with us for 20 minutes of a complete upper body strength & HIIT workout! This workout gives you the best of building strength/ muscle and high intensity exercises to challenge your conditioning. This is an ideal workout to do if you’re looking to tone your arms, get stronger, and shred some body fat. This workout will be split up into two separate groups: Juice will be taking you through the strength set and Toya will finish off the workout with HIIT. We highly recommend using different sets of dumbbells to fit each exercise and to do each section for multiple rounds to get the most out of this workout.
