This pepper has a black skin when in direct sun light but changes to orange, red when fully ripe sometimes with dark to black patches on it. Fruits tend to be a round or conical shaped pepper but much larger in size then a regular marbles pepper. They go from green to black to red but some times just turn red or black right away. They have a great pepper flavor and very crispy but a pretty good bite. This pepper is considered to be uncommon in the market place. One plant can produce dozens or more peppers and get to 2 feet tall with one pod per node. Plants are green with blak peppers.
