Tic Tocs Handstand Backbends Scorpion Vrschikasana in Ashtanga Yoga

This is a clip taken during my home practice. I’m a little stiff today :-) There’s a little improvement since I returned from Mysore. Sharath suggested that I bend my arms to get back over for the “toc“ in tic tocs and it really helps. Of course there is always more work to be done! Some people have been asking me for a clip of this so here it is. I am experimenting with shooting with my iPhone and editing on iMovie and uploading directly. I hope it looks alright. K
