One Handed Munter Hitch - with a finishing touch

Similar to the other videos, a but a bit closer, slower and and showing a finishing touch of screwing the carabiner locked as it closes. This only works with some screw gate carabiners which have loose sleeves. Personally, I prefer carabiners which don’t close (and thus also open) so easily. However, I purchased this carabiner (Trango Superfly Screwlock) for a specific application due to it’s size and weight (43 g). See another shot of this technique here:
