In this clip you see a small part of our private training which is continuous sparring. We do this to get into the habit of always defending ourselves and retreating under cover. Continuous sparring is now a regular part of our training as it has several benefits we like. First of all, I still have the habit of stopping to fight way to early. I feel this type of sparring improved that part already a great deal. Second, it’s good cardio training and improves stamina. Third, I really enjoy the flow of the action as a fighter. And last but not least, I think it looks quite nice. :)
