Having been big fans of Lana for many years, the members of Árstíðir decided to cover her music video for Summertime Sadness as well, recreating each shot, angle and movement accurately, but with an Icelandic flourish. Instead of the sun soaked landscapes of Santa Clarita, California, Árstíðir’s version shows the snowy sceneries found in and around the band’s hometown Reykjavík.
