Full title reads: “Brussels. ’Gallant Little Belgium’. King and people unite in celebrating 100th anniversary of the ’Brabaconne’ - National Anthem of their Country’s cherished and hard fought for liberty!“ Brussels, Belgium. A statue of a woman holding a flag of liberty s unveiled in a square in Brussels. A group are watching the ceremony. Pan down statue and plinth of La Brabaconne. Flags are lowered as a choir sings (mute). Presumably they are singing the National Anthem. Hats are replaced by the crowd at the end of the singing.
