This was my 2nd heavy training session on Squats for my meet prep towards GPA Worlds. I decided that I wanted to try upping my PR from two weeks ago with 881 x 4 because I felt like I could have done more weight for the same amount of reps. I felt a lot better with depth and my speed out of the hole for this training session. My last heavy training session was the first time I had put on a belt and knee wraps in about 2 months.
