Lumix S1 VLog - Blue Color Clipping - VARIABLE ISO

This is a test video shot with the Lumix S1 using VLog at various ISO values. Notice what happens to the blue light color and how it is destroyed by VLog. IMPORTANT - This file was taken from the SD card, renamed and uploaded to YouTube as-is. It has no LUT applied and was never loaded into any NLE. Can anybody explain this?
