The Foreign Challenge : Police Officer asks for bribe

Be aware of Bribe asking policemen: We were renting a scooter which is very popular among foreigners at Goa. I had an incident near Colva beach at Goa when a policeman stopped me and my brother to check our paper work. So the policeman wanted to see my brothers drivers license ,because he was driving the vehicle and it turned out that he did not have the international drivers permit with him ,but instead a domestic one ,because he had left the international permit at the hotel.
