Blessed with a love for music at a very young age, Seema began her musical journey in vocals before finding her passion in the “gayaki ang” or “singing” style of sitar. Her transformation under the tutelage of renowned sitar player Ustad Shahid Parvez Khan (commonly known as Ustad Shahid Parvez), from student to “shagird” to finally a performer in her own right, showcases her resolve and dedication to this beautiful art form.
