How to Make Espresso with Aeropress

This recipe is the best way we’ve found to make an espresso with an Aeropress. The result is a full bodies coffee that’s full of flavour. The brewing technique is: - 20 grams of coffee ground espresso fine. - Add 20 grams of water at 98c (208f) and let it bloom for 45seconds. - Add 40 grams of water and stir. - Immediately after stirring, plunge.
