JJ Cale and Friends at the Roxy - Wash DC 10-22-86 - First Set This is the elusive first set to this night. I was asked to loan out my Beta-Max and I when I learned why I was thrilled! They got the machine in about halve way through so the first 33:30 has just the title and my audience sound recording (made with my Shure SM-56’s and a Sony D6 cassette) - The video starts at 33:33, in the middle of “Money Talks“, and the soundtrack switches to that of the video (I think my Cassette sounds better but trying to synchronize them would not be in my allotted time frame. I had this up a couple years ago but removed my whole YT channel at one point due to issue with the guy I worked with, for 3 1/2 years, at the Roxy. Ian was working the camera this night & Dave got my deck plugged in while I was upstairs with my cassette deck. I had not met Ian at this point but I did meet him 20 years later.
