More shots of the rooftops showing large residential areas. Panning to building sites with new blocks being built. More shots showing children’s playgrounds, traffic on roads around, the buildings, dirty walls with various graffiti on etc. One of the graffiti reads ’Black Power is Cool’ another ’Black Power O.K.’ Woman is seen looking through the window, zoom out to show a new brick building covered in graffiti. Zoom in to several windows and balconies showing people looking and back to show barbed wire around buildings, racist and other graffiti, some using explicit language, etc. It looks as if there were some race related incidents in the area so that barbed wire needed to be put up.
