How to Make Mini Solar E-Rickshaw / Homemade Personal Tuk-Tuk

Hi friends today I am going to show how to make a mini solar electric rickshaw for personal use. Here I use a 48v,350w old electric scooter hub motor at the front and e rickshaw wheel at rare. This vehicle will be very useful on rainy days for 3-person (2 adults and a child) instead of a bike. I installed a 12v,125w solar panel on the top of the vehicle for charging the battery in the sun. The speed of the Vehicle is 27-30km/h .To increase speed, load capacity and good braking you have to use differential gear with motor at the rare wheel. Dimensions of the vehicle (Inches): Total height from ground - 62’’ The total length of structure - 82’’ (indicator to indicator) Length of base - 69’’ Ground clearance - 9’’ Width of the structure - 26’’ Solar panel dimensions (26’’x 40’’) The materials I have used are ..... 1. 48v ,350w electric scooter conversion kit 2. 12v,125w solar panel 3. 12-inch e-rickshaw wheel 4. Digital Speedometer for E-Rickshaw - 48/60/72V 5. 48v, 24 Ah L-ion battery pack 6. Headlight 7. Acrylic Sheet for windshield 8. Carbon Fiber Vinyl Car Wrap Sheet 9. 1’’ Iron pipe and 1x2.5’’ rectangular bar 10. 2 Rear Shock Absorber for Hero Glamour bike 11. Front suspension of old bike The Welding machine I have used are iBELL TIG-MMA Inverter Welding Machine - iBELL MAG/MMA Flux Cored Gasless Welding Machine - Facebook- Thank you for watching .
