Stunning faceted crystal opal from Welo Ethiopia

Stunning faceted crystal opal from Welo Ethiopia. I had to look through buckets of rough to find this little gem. it’s water clear and and full of brilliant fire. 1.5 ct and 145 facets. It’s intentionally cut well under critical angle so that the fire from the opal will dominate through the table. Thanks goes to my friend George for doing such an awesome job cutting this beautiful stone!!!
