Epic contact staff burn - Contact / Spin fusion

Contact staff and spinning style fusion is my absolute favourite way to really go for it with a staff! Focusing less on technicality, but consistent movement and smooth transitions. I like the repetitive technical contact staff drilling, with no real spinning, slow and controlled, really feeling the staff and the pathways.
