I’ve never done anything like this before

This winter’s preparation has, well, looked a little different. A few weeks ago our friends Shelley and Johnny invited us to come up to their back country ski lodge, Powder Creek Lodge, for a week. And while this was a very tempting offer, I soon remembered that skiing is not exactly my sport. However, Macky grew up on skis so this was an offer he couldn’t refuse.
