Incredible moment meteor lights up the sky above Perth

A meteor was seen streaking through the sky above Perth on Wednesday night with West Aussies taking to social media to share their videos of the meteor. Reddit user ’perfectlyhydrated’ posted a video online which shows a object moving through the sky with a long tail streaking away behind it. It comes amid an emergency warning in the state as multiple blazes tear through the cities of Wanneroo and Swan. Emergency WA updated their alert to an emergency warning early Thursday morning “as the bushfire behaviour is escalating”. The warning was issued for parts of Ashby, Banksia Grove, Jandabup, Mariginiup, Melaleuca, Sinagra and Tapping in the city of Wanneroo and the city of Swan.
