15 Lions Hunt and Devour unlucky Warthog

Pride of 15 lions hunted a Warthog and have a scuffle as they devour the warthog , in the Kruger National Park South Africa. The Kumana pride are well known for hunting large prey at Kumana dam just south of Satara in the Kruger National park. The large lion pride consisting of over 20 lions usually hunt Buffalo, wildebeest and waterbuck who frequent the dam often. Being a massive lion pride those types of meals can usually feed the whole pride but on this occasion it was a much smaller prey the warthog is merely just a snack for a pride that big but it was amazing to watch the hunt from start to finish as they caught the warthog they started to devour it. One of the lioness was stalking the warthog while a second one looped around to ambush the warthog. We nearly thought the hunt was over as the warthog saw the first lioness while she was stalking, the warthog landed up running in the direction of the second lioness and she caught the warthog.
