What are #ChittaBhumis? As per Maharishi Vyasa, there are 5 #Chitta Bhumis - The 5 States of #Mind,: 1. Kshipta:- The state at which Rajas guna dominates and suppress the Tamas and Sattwa guna, that’s why at this state mind remains scattered and it acts as a Monkey mind. 2. Mudha:-The state at which Tamas guna dominates and suppress the Rajas and Sattwa guna, that’s why at this state mind remains dull, inactive and it acts as a Donkey mind. 3. Vikshipta:-The state at which sometime Rajas dominates and on the other hand Tamas dominates, that’s why at this state mind remains oscillating between Rajas and Tamas, and it acts like a butterfly mind 4. Ekagra:- The state at which Rajas guna dominates, that’s why at this state mind remains one-pointed and also called Sapmprajnata Samadhi, at this state ego or “I“ ness gets resolved. 5.
