Introduction to Nevvis. He is one of the villains in Recycled but is an interesting one. He grew up poor with his family until he was picked up for the Prodigy Stunt to work in the new city called Vexom. He would then become chief surgeon along side Exocket, but is jealous of him and is willing to do almost anything to take his position. He believes because he grew up poor he deserves more money than him. On the other hand, Nevvis is a flamboyant character and loves living his new life filled with riches. However, he struggles to face the reality of his doing. He may love all the money he is receiving but wants to share it with his family, but his family will not accept the money he has received for pretty much killing people and turning them into recycles.
