Israel Claims Gaza Advance, Two Refugee Camps Hit, IDF Airstrikes On Hezbollah After Border Attack

The number of Israel Defence Forces (IDF) soldiers killed in the Gaza ground offensive has risen to 18. The IDF released a video showing an F-35 jet intercepting a cruise missile or drone launched by the Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen at Israel on Oct 31. Hamas’s Qassam Brigades in Lebanon said it had fired 12 missiles towards Kiryat Shmona and its vicinity, while Hezbollah said it hit 19 IDF positions. Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Ministry said Israel advising its citizens to leave Russia’s North Caucasus region was “anti-Russian”. Among the items discovered on Hamas militants killed on October 7 were maps and addresses of senior IDF officers, as per Israel’s Channel 13. According to the report, in one case, the invaders arrived at the home of an officer, but forces there managed to repel them. The Israeli army said it was using artificial intelligence to identify thousands of new targets belonging to Hamas. The IDF said Hamas gunmen tried to ambush Israeli forces, emerging from tunnels and attacking them with anti-tank missiles, mortars, and drones.
