Brothers Ronny and Willy Ng opened Koi Palace in Daly City, CA in 1996, and have since opened 11 restaurants with six more on the way this year. With dishes like espresso coffee ribs, a whole roast suckling pig, and eight different king crab dishes, it has become a landmark of Cantonese cuisine.
