Unboxing of 2011 VW Bulli Concept 1:18 by Norev

I managed to review this nice little (but quite wide) VW Bulli Concept that was introduced in Geneva back in 2011. Norev is producing the 1:18 model in red and white paint and I bought the model in a double discount (regular summer sale) for only 15EUR (about $18). The six-seat concept is metres long, metres wide and 1.7 metres tall. It’s powered by an 85kW electric motor, fuelled by a 40kWh lithium-ion battery that gives a range of up to 300km. The Bulli can reach 62mph in and an electronically limited top speed of 87mph.
