This year (2014) marks the 50th anniversary of the sad closure of Norwich Speedway, but the memories of the Stars and the famous Firs track live on thanks to this double-disc DVD lasting some three-and-a-half hours. It features a new filmed interview with Norwich’s all-time greatest rider, five times World Champion OVE FUNDIN. Plus filmed or audio interviews with TREVOR HEDGE, OLLE NYGREN, TERRY BETTS, BILLY BALES, PHIL CLARKE and the oldest living ex-Norwich rider, LEN READ, who was 96 in January 2014. Relive the magic of this great, old Norfolk track through the eyes of some of the men who served up the thrills. Including rare, colour footage of the Stars in action against New Cross, Belle Vue and Russia.
