Alone On Karon Beach In Thailand 2021

Ever had a 5km long beach in Thailand all to yourself? Complete paradise in a very surreal sort of circumstance. Thailand and specifically Phuket, is still reeling from the huge drop in tourism during covid. The majority of hospitality and tourism businesses have sadly been forced to shut down as you will see in my walking tour of the Karon and Kata area. Thailand is trying very hard right now to keep cases low, so to be able to open certain parts of the country to vaccinated travellers by July 1st. It’s hard to say what will happen, but once it is safer and easier for people to travel, I hope you will consider putting Phuket on your must see list because it is still a phenomenal place to visit!
