This is a video of the famous Peter Rasmussen Footwork Drill by me. I also included a suggestion to use it as an interval training with longer intervals.
In Badminton terms, it’s a low intensity drill, for long distance runners, it’s a high intensity training.
You do not even need a badminton court to do this if you know the number of steps you need (mostly two, probably), so you can do this exercise at home or anywhere else where you have a few square meters to move.
