How to Cook Point Gourd || How To Make Crispy Pointed Gourd Fry Recipe
Crispy pointed gourd fry is a delicious and easy-to-make dish. Here’s a simple recipe for you to try:
Ingredients:
1. 500 grams pointed gourd (parwal/patol)
2. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
3. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
4. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
5. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
6. 1 teaspoon chaat masala
7. Salt to taste
8. Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Wash the pointed gourd thoroughly under running water. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
2. Trim the ends of the pointed gourd and slice them vertically into thin pieces. You can also slice them diagonally for a different presentation.
3. In a bowl, mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt. Adjust the spices according to your taste preferences.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan or kadhai over medium heat.
