This might be the most relaxing Ab Workout ever! ♥︎ You’ll almost forget that it burns haha / Werbung The piano music tooootally lets my thoughts wander & makes this routine feel like a flowy dance instead. I also added a short stretching in the end, to (hopefully) make you even calmer. ▸ If you noticed or not, this trains your entire core! Upper abs, lower abs, obliques & core stability. ▸ I like this routine for slow „On The Floor“ Workout Days.
