Full title reads: “London. ’As in Dick Whittington’s Time’ - City workers see pageant of past as City Fathers, in full regalia & carrying nosegays, at the Guildhall - elect Sir Percy Greenaway - London’s 744th Lord Mayor.“ Guildhall, London. London civic dignitaries walk in small procession. They are carrying nosegays - small posies of flowers.
