Residents of Shyopur, a constituency of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma in Jaipur, are distressed over severe water scarcity issues. Women have staged a protest by breaking pots and demanding immediate resolution of the water supply crisis. Despite assurances during elections, the colony lacks adequate water supply, even from a tube well in the park where women have been sitting with containers for hours. They have accused authorities of neglecting their promises and warned that lack of water management will impact future voting decisions.
