Alexei Navalny inspired the whole civil engagement in Russia. His heroic determination, charismatic humour, and faith in people became a beacon for many of us, a reminder that every voice matters, every action counts. Our arrangement of the protest song “Zombie“ was planned as a hymn for his release from prison, but it comes out in memory of Alexei. Like Blade, he dedicated his life fighting the Zombie apocalypse and perished in the monsters’ lair. But his sacrifice must become a wake up call for all. For those who bloodthirstily repeat the mantras of propaganda, and for those who stand aside, hoping that all troubles will pass them by. Today we share this important track and ask not to be indifferent. To use every chance to prove, first of all to ourselves, that we are ready to do big things together. The soonest opportunity for that is on March 17th, at 12:00. At this time, the procedure called “Russian presidential election“ takes place. We have our own reason to be there - Noon against the past, for the future - thousands of people coming to election centers around the world to peacefully take part in the protest and to pay tribute to Alexei Navalny. It doesn’t matter what exactly you do - come to the polling stations at 12:00, vote against, speak up, express protest, send a message. The main idea is simply not to stand aside. Making this choice will help you inspire others - your friends and family. This is what Alexei did.
