VATS Ligation of the Thoracic Duct using a posterior approach

This is a video of Ligation of a thoracic duct. We used a posterior VATS apporoach to the Thoracic Duct which allowed outstanding visualisation of the thoracic duct, with easy retraction of the right lung and oesophagus.
