Full title reads: “Now Pictorial introduces another famous artist to the screen - Robert Easton - the celebrated Bass Singer in “Boots!“ At the Piano, Ivor Newton.“ M/S of Robert and Ivor performing their song. “Boots“ seems to be a war song. It is a marching song, Africa is mentioned. Intercut with shots of Robert singing are shots of soldiers on the march. Robert looks very smart in black tie and tails. It is a rather rousing song, presumably sung by soldiers to stave off boredom when marching. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ. EXPLORE OUR ONLINE CHANNEL, BRITISH PATHÉ TV.
