Shaolin Weapon - Walking Stick | Dharma (Damo) Cane - Live Virtual Retreat - July 2021

Happy Friday Everyone! We are very excited to announce that this year our Summer Retreat will take place again in a virtual format, so no matter where you are in the world you can join us! It will take place between Thursday 15th - Sunday 18th July 2021. We will start on the Thursday night with Kung Fu Tea chat and Preparation training, with Qigong Stretching, and Meditation. So that we are in the best state for the coming 3 days of intensive Shaolin Training. Each of the remaining 3 days consists of 3 hours of training, we will have lots of fun exploring the Mysterious Weapon’s form - Shaolin Dharma Cane (Damo Zhang) - The Walking Stick.
