End of an era for this London pie and mash shop - BBC London

Food trends come and go, but the traditional pie and mash has weathered many a culinary storm. Maybe until now that is. Because after more than a hundred years in business one of London’s oldest pie shops, based in Islington, is about to close saying it can’t afford increased business rates and is having to relocate to Essex. Nicola Ford reports on the end of an era.
